Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits technology configuration, HRISanalysis, or benefits consulting. Hands-on experience with HRIS or benefits administration platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, Paylocity, Employee Navigator, bswift, Paycor, PlanSource, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas. Working knowledge of EDI file feeds, 834 data mapping, and secure file transfer protocols (SFTP). We are actively seeking talented individuals to fill the following opportunity. About the Job The Benefits Technology Analyst is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting client benefits administration technology solutions. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless system implementations, renewals, and ongoing maintenance. The Analyst serves as a technical subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex issues, conducting data audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
