IDR is seeking a CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves supporting critical system transitions and ensuring the performance, security, and accessibility of enterprise applications within a public sector environment. The organization is dedicated to implementing innovative solutions and maintaining high standards for system reliability and user experience.
Position Overview for the CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst:
Provides highly advanced technical support and consulting services for the CAPPS program.
Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Manages technical requests, system transitions, and ensures compliance with accessibility standards.
Analyzes system designs and workflows to assess fit, performance, security, and data quality impacts.
Prepares technical scenarios, test cases, and provides oversight during design reviews.
Requirements for the CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst:
Extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a Texas state government agency
Extensive experience performing technical activities in support of CPA application systems
Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap combining planning, technical insight, and cross-functional communication
Experience preparing materials for and conducting executive-level presentations
Experience performing technical project management activities in support of CPA's CAPPS program
