Your role and responsibilities As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving, communication, and service orientation skills. This role combines technical expertise, operational excellence, strategic account management, and program leadership to drive successful client engagements and business growth in the Z software portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can bridge technical and business conversations, building trusted relationships with IBM clients and internal teams while delivering complex infrastructure programs. You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, account executives, and clients, ensuring seamless program execution and driving revenue growth through expanded engagements.
