Dynamics GP Consultant Description Opal Business Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven GP Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in accounting and/or technology related field. This role requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of software implementation. The GP Consultant will work closely with our Dynamics Team and clients to formulate effective business solutions. Job Responsibilities Provide functional day-to-day GP support Gather customer requirements and map to Dynamics GP Functionality Conduct and create overall solution design Manage and configure system setup Import, export, and validate data Outline customization specification for use by Development Team Assist with installation and setup of 3rd party modules or custom integrations Test user acceptance Document system setup and configuration Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers Evangelize Dynamics GP features and benefits to staff and customers Experience 2+ Years of experience implementing accounting software 2+ Years of experience with GP and / or related software Proficiency in Jet Reports, MS-SQL and/or Visual Studio Development is desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail
