Job Description
Job Summary The Aerospace Kinetic ERP Developer / Technical Analyst serves as a key cross-functional technical resource for the Epicor ERP program (Kinetic) across Aerospace operations. The role is responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting technical ERP solutions that enable approved business process and configuration decisions led by Core Team members and implementation partners. This position works across functions and domains to translate business and functional requirements into technical objects and solutions within Kinetic and related capabilities. The role is expected to contribute heavily to hands-on development and technical problem solving while also partnering effectively with Core Team members, IT, and external consultants to support a scalable, supportable ERP solution. Over time, the role is expected to deepen technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic and related tools, support future Aerospace site rollouts, and provide ongoing post-go-live support and enhancement capability.
