Job Description

Role Summary This position is a senior software engineering role focused on developing custom solutions across various technologies and industry domains. The candidate will lead small teams, manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery, and collaborate closely with clients to address complex business challenges. Responsibilities Lead the development of custom software solutions utilizing a diverse set of technologies including cloud platforms, AI, IoT, and web/mobile applications. Manage small teams by guiding, coaching, and facilitating skill development among team members. Diagnose and resolve complex technical and business problems for Fortune-500 clients across multiple industries. Execute entire project lifecycles, from gathering requirements and architecture design to development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and present technical solutions clearly, including demos and findings. Explore and incorporate emerging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AI, and machine learning into client solutions. Develop applications using programming languages and frameworks including Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, and mobile technologies like iOS and Android. Strategically utilize AI tools to streamline development processes, enhance solutions, and provide ethical explanations on AI use. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team and organization. Participate in community activities and support a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience. Proven experience in technical leadership, including coaching, project estimation, task assignment, and requirements gathering. Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creating innovative solutions. Ability to adapt to multiple responsibilities and dynamic environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Publishing Pay Range:
$55.00 - $60.00 hourly This is a hybrid position, offering a schedule that combines both in-office and remote work.
