Full-Time Job Duties:
1. Assist with the design, build, and deployment of identity and access management technological capabilities that are compliant with enterprise security standards and integrated with enterprise access administration infrastructure. 2. Assist with needs assessments to capture availability of technology, infrastructure support, administrative needs and ensure alignment to organizational objectives and vision. 3. Provide advanced support for issues related to technology, platforms, environments or access administration. Apply knowledge of risk ranking of the various technology platforms and environments when resolving issues. 4. Design and develop technical documentation for security administration software, platform and environment security access. Actively participate in the development of tools to automate access management services and to implement access and security policies and standards. Initiate, design and develop the documentation required to support application onboarding. 5. Solve complex technical problems that have resulted in multiple incidents within operations to understand root cause and resolve the issues. Assist team and managers in devising solutions to resolve issues proactively. 6. Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. Support the implementation of changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives. 7. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. 8. May telecommute pursuant to company policies (hybrid role).
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an Identity & Access Management Technology Analyst, Specialist-related occupation.
