Title:
IT Infrastructure Analyst
  • Data Networking (Cisco)

  • some on-call/onsite, some remote work The IT Infrastructure Analyst
  • Data Networking is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco technologies.
This role ensures reliable, secure, and high-performing network operations across a multi-site environment, with emphasis on edge networking, routing, switching, and SD-WAN The ideal candidate is a hands-on networking professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments. Experience within a healthcare setting is a plus due to the need for high availability and compliance-driven operation s. Key Responsibilit ies
  • Support and maintain Cisco-based network infrastructure including routers, switches, and edge dev ices
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching across enterprise environ ments
  • Provide operational support for edge networking and WAN connectivity across multiple loc ations
  • Assist with implementation and support of SD-WAN so lutions
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity
  • Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and issue r esolution
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and applica tion teams
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard procedures
  • Support network upgrades, patches, and hardware refresh initiatives
  • Follow change management and operational b est practices
  • Participate in on-call support and after-hours maintenan ce as required Require d Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equiv alent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise ne twork environments
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco netw orking technologies
  • Strong knowledge of: o Ro uting & Switching o TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VP Ns o WAN/LAN networking o Edge network operations
  • Proven troubleshooting a nd problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication a nd documentation abiliti es Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Cisco SD-WAN
  • Industry certificatio ns (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent)
  • Experie nce in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven or highly regulated environments
  • Exposure to network security concepts (s egmentation, ACL s, secure access) Technical Skills
  • Cisco routers and switches
  • Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
  • Layer 2 / L ayer 3 networking
  • SD-WAN t echnologies
  • Edge and branch networking
  • Network monitor ing and diagnostics tools Work Environment
  • Hybrid or o ffice-based role depending on business needs
  • Occasional travel to remote sites or data centers may be required
