Job Description

EPITEC Role:
IT Consultant - (eCheck Payment Solution)
Location:
(Hybrid | Harrisburg, PA)
Pay:
$50 an hour
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite/week)
Duration:
12-month contract- possible extension We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to design, develop, and implement a secure eCheck (ACH) payment solution integrated with an existing Online Payment System (OPS). This role will focus on building a seamless, customer-facing experience while ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable transaction processing in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop a web-based eCheck (ACH) payment module integrated with the OPS platform Build and maintain a secure, customer-facing payment interface via PUC website(s) Develop backend services and APIs to support payment processing and validation Ensure compliance with
PCI-DSS, NACHA
, and data protection standards Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system architecture and UX design Integrate, test, and deploy solutions with enterprise and legacy systems Conduct usability reviews and recommend interface improvements Troubleshoot payment processing, system integration, and performance issues Document architecture, workflows, and technical specifications Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and production support Participate in code migration from TFS to Azure DevOps (ADO) using Git Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, work tracking, and code management Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with payment systems (ACH/eCheck) Proficiency in web application development and system integration Experience developing APIs and backend services Knowledge of financial regulations and security standards (PCI-DSS, NACHA) Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Git Ability to work in a regulated, enterprise environment #LI-VV1 INDPRO
