Job Description
As a Lead IT Analyst - Procurement - S4 Transformation here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to critical IT projects within the procurement function, specifically focusing on the S4 Transformation initiative. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT systems, identify innovative solutions, and provide valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive the success of procurement technology transformations. You will report directly to our Director of IT and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F In this role, you will impact the successful execution of procurement IT projects by leveraging your expertise in IT analysis and transformation initiatives. Your leadership will ensure alignment with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the organization's technology roadmap within the procurement domain. YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in IT analysis, project participation, or related roles within procurement or transformation projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills focused on procurement IT systems and transformation initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques relevant to procurement technology and S4 Transformation projects. Experience with procurement IT platforms, ERP systems such as SAP S4/HANA, and transformation methodologies. WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience leading IT projects within procurement or supply chain transformation environments. Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement processes. Strong innovation-driven mindset and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
