As a Principal
SAP S/4 FICO IT
Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead complex, high-impact IT projects, using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making. You will report directly to our Director of IT and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
15+ years of
SAP FI/CO
experience with extensive hands-on configuration expertise Mandatory experience integrating
SAP S/4HANA
with an external tax engine such as Vertex. Experience leading/Consulting S/4HANA transformation programs Experience in agile delivery models or SAP Activate methodology E-invoicing (eInvoice) frameworks and integration with
SAP SAF-T
(Standard Audit File for Tax) reporting and regulatory compliance Strong proficiency in following core areas: New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledgers FSCM (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management) Asset Accounting, including S/4HANA Universal Asset Management Product Costing and Material Ledger CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Deep understanding of integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and PS Proven experience with: S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal SAP Fiori applications Integration with downstream and connected applications
WE VALUE
Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) Solid experience in: Cost accounting &Budgeting and forecasting Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions with minimal supervision Experience working closely with finance stakeholders to drive process improvements Good understanding of: Indirect tax processes (Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST) Tax determination, compliance, and reporting requirements Impact of tax engines on finance and supply chain transactions Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and drive decisions across business and IT teams Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional and global project environments Proven ability to lead workshops, solution design discussions, and governance forums

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead
SAP FI/CO
solution design, configuration, and delivery with deep expertise across complex enterprise environments. Drive
SAP S/4HANA
transformation programs using SAP Activate and/or agile methodologies. Design and implement core finance processes including New GL, document splitting, parallel ledgers, and S/4HANA Universal Journal. Configure
SAP FSCM
processes covering Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management. Lead Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, and Asset Accounting (including S/4HANA Universal Asset Management). Ensure seamless integration of
SAP FI/CO
with SD, MM, PP, and PS modules, as well as downstream applications. Develop and support SAP Fiori applications and provide end-to-end finance architecture guidance across projects.
