Basic Qualifications:

Principal HCM Implementation Consultant Prior experience leading Workday implementations is a MUST A minimum of 7+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required

Other Qualifications:

Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service Functional experience•HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and/or Learning Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus Workday HCM Certification a plus Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $140,300•$210,500 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
