Job Description Seeking a senior Workday HCM Business Analyst to support a HR onboarding automation initiative focused on modernizing and digitizing complex, manual onboarding processes across HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process mapping (current → future state) across onboarding lifecycle, both that which occurs in Workday and other systems
- Propose technology and process solutions based on requirements and business goals
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews (including senior leaders)
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Translate findings into business requirements, process designs, and use cases

- 7-10+ years Business Analyst / process consulting experience
- Workday HCM experience strongly preferred, particularly in Workday's nascent AI space, and one or more of the areas of Integrations, Recruiting, and Core HCM including Onboarding
- Workday and broader AI experience preferred
- Strong in process mapping and stakeholder facilitation
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations (HR/ERP preferred)
- Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments
