What You'll Do Consulting & Strategy Serve as a senior advisor by gathering requirements, identifying operational challenges, and designing GIS and enterprise asset management solutions. Support geospatial technology strategy, system roadmaps, and workflow optimization. System Design & Implementation Configure and support Esri ArcGIS platforms (Enterprise, Online, Pro), and develop web GIS applications including dashboards, web maps, and mobile tools. Data & Database Management Design and maintain geodatabases and relational databases (SQL Server), ensuring scalable, accurate, and efficient enterprise data systems. Automation & Spatial Analysis Develop Python, SQL, and ModelBuilder workflows to automate processes, improve efficiency, and perform spatial analysis. Produce maps, dashboards, and analytical reports. Integration & Optimization Integrate GIS platforms with enterprise systems such as EAM and work management tools while improving workflows, architecture, and system performance. Documentation & Advisory Support Create clear technical documentation, reports, and implementation guides. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in GIS, geospatial technologies, enterprise systems, or consulting roles Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS ecosystem (Enterprise, Online, Pro, Server) Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, and geodatabases Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ArcGIS ModelBuilder Experience with EAM systems and enterprise integrations Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills Experience working with municipal or utility infrastructure systems preferred Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
 $95,000 - $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
