$55 to $58/hour Join a team that's transforming healthcare through technology! Major Hospital Health System is seeking a Senior IT Interface Analyst to lead the configuration and management of Epic interfaces, driving seamless data flow across clinical and operational systems. This role is perfect for experienced IT professionals with a passion for healthcare and a knack for solving complex integration challenges.
What You'll Do:
Lead configuration efforts for new interfaces and enhancements within Epic and ancillary systems. Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems in Cloverleaf and Epic Bridges , ensuring efficient program/application operations. Serve as a consultant for integration solutions and architecture, collaborating across IT, clinical, and operational teams. Manage workflow/dataflow sessions and maintain interface documentation. Provide occasional end-user training for Epic Bridges tools. Oversee medium-to-complex integration issues and critical support/enhancements. Mentor and coach 1-2 junior Interface Analysts.
What You Bring:
7+ years of IT experience (5+ years in healthcare preferred) with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in
HL7, XML, ANSI X12
messaging formats . Hands-on experience with Cloverleaf (v20.1+) and Epic Bridges certifications (or willingness to attain within 6 months). Experience with major system implementations and SDLC processes . Strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with medical terminology. Customer service mindset emphasizing communication, ownership, teamwork, and excellence .
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or 5+ years equivalent experience in healthcare IT integration. Cloverleaf and Epic Bridges certifications (required within 6 months if not already certified).
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week Remote work with occasional onsite support around Go-Live
