Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting and improving our enterprise applications, especially within the UKG environment. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with departments across the organization to understand their needs, design and enhance technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are running effectively. You'll have the opportunity to lead configuration work, guide testing efforts, support end users, and contribute to key upgrades and enhancements.   • Works with MAC staff at all levels, and all MAC departments External Business
  • Contact with tenants, vendors, contractors, MAC consultants, and IT vendors as appropriate.
Job Duties Departmental Identify business systems solution requirements by interviewing clients, analyzing processes, establishing solution objectives and evaluating information systems functionality to identify gaps and measure the solution impact to operations Partner with business areas to understand business needs, create technical solutions, address questions of functionality, troubleshoot errors, provide changes to existing reports, create new report specifications, and respond to questions related to enterprise applications Design business systems solutions by identifying and evaluating options; preparing functional specifications; configuring the system; resolving solution issues; bridging the business and the project team; creating and delivering related user documentation and end-user training Provide software quality assurance by creating test plans and scripts; conducting unit and integration testing in conjunction with end-users; provide guidance to end-users with the creation of their own test cases for signoff and acceptance of production changes Perform application setup, configuration, and testing as needed to meet business needs Performs direct end-user support for any issues or questions related to the enterprise applications Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements Facilitate, lead, and champion the effort to document business requirements with signoff by business stakeholders in assigned area(s) Set up and roll out new functionalities, recommend best practices Apply project management and change management methods, tools and processes Perform complex design, configuration, testing and debugging in various inter-related IT modules or systems Collaborate with various vendors to ensure system stability Senior Level Individual Contributor (SRIC) Competencies Customer Focus

  • Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, industrial engineering or a related field Five years of experience with UKG system configuration, reporting, and administration In lieu of a degree, nine years of experience with UKG system configuration, reporting, and administration Experience completing at least one full implementation of UKG Pro Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduling Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM), including: timekeeping configuration and support, attendance management, advanced scheduling (patterns, rotations, coverage), timeclock setup, maintenance, and support Experience managing integrations and troubleshooting data feeds Experience with UKG Geofencing configuration Experience as a system administrator/analyst for
UKG TELESTAFF
scheduling. Strong reporting/analytics skills within UKG Pro Experience supporting hardware components, including timeclocks Understanding of HR, payroll, or workforce management processes Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites Desirable Requirements Experience writing technical documentation Experience providing UKG technical support for organizations with multiple unions Experience working with JD Edwards Enterprise One This position provides an opportunity for on-site and remote work. MAC's remote work policy requires employees to be on-site three days of the week. Among the three on-site days, one of them must be either a Monday or a Friday and on Tuesdays, all employees are required to be onsite.
