The Senior Sourcing and Procurement Analyst will play a critical role in managing complex technology sourcing initiatives and helping to create a modern, technologyenabled procurement function. This role will lead endtoend procurement activities for software, SaaS, cloud services, and will serve as a leader in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of procurement technology tools to support the source to pay workflow. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging technology and improving procurement processes with a focus on reducing waste and ensuring optimal business outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technology tools, including CLM systems, esourcing platforms, intake/workflow tools, and analytics dashboards. Serve as a subjectmatter expert on procurement technology, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, integrations, and best practices. Lead endtoend sourcing and procurement activities for software, SaaS, cloud, and other technology categories. Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define sourcing strategies, and support informed decisionmaking. Partner with Legal to review and finalize contract terms, ensuring alignment with company policies, risk tolerance, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate contract and procurement data within sourcing systems, ensuring transparency and reliable reporting. Support the development and enhancement of procurement best practices. Contribute to category strategies and longterm planning for technology sourcing. Qualifications 7-10+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on technology sourcing, software licensing, SaaS, and cloud agreements. Hands-on experience with sourcing and procurement technology tools, such as CLM systems, e sourcing platforms, intake/workflow tools, or analytics dashboards Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and optimizing procurement technology solutions. Proven experience negotiating complex technology contracts, including commercial terms, pricing models, and legal provisions. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across IT, Legal, Finance, and business teams. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of interpreting contract language, evaluating pricing models, and identifying optimization opportunities. Experience with Oracle Procurement is a plus. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
