Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Recruiting

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Recruiting for a contract assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in in the DMV area or fully remote.

Responsibilities :

Seeking a senior Workday Analyst with deep Recruiting and Core HCM expertise to support functional delivery for the Phenom candidate sourcing platform implementation. This role requires someone who can gather complex business requirements, guide configuration decisions, and drive testing and UAT to successful deployment. The candidate will work directly with stakeholders and help guide the team toward the best possible solution. Partner with recruiting leaders and the firm's stakeholders to understand talent acquisition workflow needs Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Phenom integration with Workday Translate business needs into functional designs and configuration guidance Lead requirements review sessions and design walkthroughs with business teams and developers Coordinate testing activities, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) Document solution designs, configuration decisions, and training materials Advise on recruiting ecosystem best practices and process optimization opportunities

Required Skills :

5+ years of Workday Recruiting and Core HCM analyst experience Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition processes, recruiting workflows, and candidate lifecycle management Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills Ability to write clear, detailed functional requirements and design documents Experience guiding configuration decisions and supporting delivery activities Knowledge of recruiting ecosystem touchpoints (job postings, candidate sourcing, application tracking) Strong communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills :

Prior experience with Phenom or similar candidate sourcing/relationship management platforms Workday Recruiting certification Business process design and optimization experience Knowledge of HR compliance and recruiting best practices SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
