We value curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and a willingness to solve problems wherever they arise. Role Description The Solutions & Growth Associate is a full-time role based in Hoschton, GA. This position sits at the intersection of customer success, business development, product operations, and technical problem-solving. The associate will work directly with clients to understand their needs, support onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and help ensure successful outcomes. They will also support growth initiatives by researching prospective customers, participating in demos, assisting with sales conversations, and helping move opportunities through the pipeline. This is a hands-on role with significant variety and opportunities to contribute across multiple areas of the business. One day may involve meeting with prospective clients, another may involve testing new software features, documenting workflows, investigating support issues, or collaborating with the development team to improve the product. The ideal candidate is excited by that variety and enjoys learning new skills while contributing wherever needed. The associate will collaborate closely with leadership, customers, and technical teams to improve products, refine processes, and help drive company growth. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions Customer-facing experience and a service-oriented mindset Comfort participating in sales conversations, demos, and business development activities Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and workflows Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or workflow automation platforms Interest in healthcare technology and software solutions Preferred Experience Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or clinical operations Experience in SaaS, software, or technology companies Customer success, account management, onboarding, or client support experience Sales, business development, lead generation, or SDR experience Software testing, quality assurance, or product feedback experience Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools Experience documenting workflows, business processes, or operating procedures Experience working in startup or high-growth environment Exposure to software implementation, integrations, APIs, or technical troubleshooting Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, technology, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
