- The Role
- GM's People Analytics CoE is looking for a Sr.
- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to gather report requirements and provide best practice guidance on reporting solutions.
- Required Skills and Experience
- + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting, including building and delivering complex calculated fields, advanced, matrix, and composite reports, dashboards, scorecards, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards + Expert-level proficiency in Workday Report Writer, including Composite Reporting, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards + Excellent stakeholder management consulting experience, with the ability to educate stakeholders on what's possible versus what's not within Workday and other reporting tools + Strong business requirement gathering skills, including the ability to recommend appropriate reporting outlets and tools based on stakeholder needs + Ability to translate business requirements into insightful, actionable reporting solutions + Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (e.
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- + Workday reporting certifications + Workforce planning experience + Experience with data warehousing, data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, or Python
