Job Description

Job Summary The Sr. Product Specialist (T) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging their expertise in Dot Net API AI skills EDI domain knowledge C# Facets-Technical and DevOps. With a strong background in the Payer domain the candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of our solutions. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience focusing on delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# to meet business requirements and enhance product functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Facets-Technical components into existing systems. Implement DevOps practices to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment efficiency. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Payer domain applications ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct thorough testing and validation of software solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications. Maintain comprehensive documentation of software development processes ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating relevant advancements into product development. Ensure the security and integrity of software solutions by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams bridging any gaps in understanding. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Possess a strong proficiency in C# programming language essential for developing robust software solutions. Demonstrate expertise in Facets-Technical crucial for integrating and optimizing healthcare applications. Exhibit a solid understanding of DevOps practices vital for streamlining development and deployment processes. Have extensive experience in the Payer domain necessary for addressing industry-specific challenges and requirements. Showcase excellent problem-solving skills important for resolving complex technical issues efficiently. Display effective communication abilities key for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
