Compensation:

This position is responsible for assisting delivery lead with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.

This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL, TULSA, OK, HELENA, MT, ALBUQUERQUE, NM, or

RICHARDSON, TX

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor degree and 7 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 11 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management. Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting. SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development. Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages. Knowledge of GenAI-based application development. Experience in Agentic and RAG-based application delivery. Experience in AI governance and risk strategy. Experience in security standards for AI-based products. Business acumen. Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment. Oral & written communications. Ability to influence. Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately. Teamwork and collaboration. Drive end-user adoption.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology. Ability to tie together solutions across systems. Adaptability / ability to manage change. Experience with Reporting tools (PowerBI) #LI-BS1 #LI-Hybrid #
