Summary:
Provide technical expertise and operational support for a diverse portfolio of operations applications. Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of both on-premises and cloud-hosted applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and operational needs.Location:
Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) Responsibilities Support operation applications, platforms, and systems, ensuring they are available to meet business needs (incl. on-call support rotation participation). Applications include, but are not limited to, security applications, GIS platforms, and engineering applications. Troubleshoot system-related issues and ensure timely resolutions - taking steps to resolve, document triage efforts, and close tickets in a timely manner In partnership with business units, assess system and software performance and identify key areas for improvement. Influence technical product strategy, direction, and goals by understanding business/technical context and working with product and project teams to translate those into technical solutions Develop system documentation, workflows, and training materials as appropriate and leverage lessons learned by applying them to our products and ways of working. Ensure application, platforms and systems comply with security standards, internal policies and external regulations. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, including attending conferences when required / recommended. Participate in change control processes and evaluate the impact of changes and ensure proper testing before deployment. Support database management, integration efforts, and application configurationsAdditional Responsibilities:

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience requiredPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with providing technical support and maintenance for applications hosted on-premises and in cloud environments, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance monitoring Experience working in environments with regulatory or compliance requirements (e.g., NERC CIP,) Hands-on experience supporting GIS platforms (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS) Familiarity with physical security systems or engineering applications Knowledge and experience relational database management systems, including but not limited to Oracle or MS SQL Server Experience with one or more programming languages (Python, C#, Java, Visual Basic, Arcade, etc.)Skills/Abilities:
Ability to build and support relationships with key users, leadership, and suppliers. Strong documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
