In this role, you'll build valuable problem-solving skills while gaining hands-on experience with data and truck specification processes. You'll learn how SpecPro delivers critical data to our dealers and develop a deeper understanding of product complexity—knowledge that can support long-term growth across DTNA. You'll be working alongside a great group of analysts who will support you through training and day-to-day work. We're a team that works hard, helps each other out, and likes to have fun along the way. This is a great entry point into Sales and Marketing Operations, offering the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the new SpecPro tool while supporting quality assurance testing for both weekly interim and annual Price Level updates within the DTNA ordering system. We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $65,000 - $83,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience Benefits include 401k company contribution with company match up to 8% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans. What You Drive at DTNA Review and interpret ServiceNow (SNOW) stories to perform quality assurance testing on SpecPro data ahead of weekly releases Verify data accuracy, including effective dates, configurations, and version control prior to deployment Validate rule logic and hierarchical data flows to ensure a seamless and positive dealer spec'ing experience Complete and SpecPro and foundational PDM (Product Data Management) training to build knowledge of rule structures, syntax, and testing best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including New Truck Pricing, CAE, and our Sales and Marketing teams, to support continuous improvements and release readiness Prepare and distribute weekly Dealer Notification Letters outlining updates included in each SpecPro release Why This Role? Gain exposure to DTNA product configuration, complexity, pricing, and dealer workflows Be part of a team shaping the future of SpecPro Build foundational knowledge that can translate across multiple roles within DTNA Knowledge You Should Bring BS/BA and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Proven customer service experience focused on delivering responsive, high-quality support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and organized Exceptional Candidates Might Have Interest in DTNA truck products and a willingness to learn Familiarity with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools or similar systems Basic understanding of Boolean logic or rule-based systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Portland, OR US.
