is looking for a Technical Meeting Coordinator / Systems Analyst to join our team in
RHODE ISLAND
to support the
NUWC NEWPORT
Code 25 CANES Tactical Networks office/contract. We are Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company headquartered in San Diego. We provide full spectrum systems and systems-of-systems engineering and integration services and solutions for space, C5ISR, cyber and enterprise information systems. Our core capabilities include AI/ML, Software Development & Sustainment, Systems Engineering (including MBSE), and Modeling & Simulation.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Meeting Coordinator / Systems Analyst to support submarine network modernization efforts. In this role, you will prepare briefings and reports, maintain schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and track action items across multiple technical forums. You will also support meetings and reviews while coordinating stakeholder inputs to ensure alignment on requirements, planning, and technical issues. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Prepare briefings, reports, presentation materials, and meeting agendas by gathering technical information on requirements, priorities, challenges, and schedules from stakeholders and theCMProrepository. Maintain schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by incorporating updates related to systems engineering reviews, document reviews, system upgrades, ECR packages, SRF packages, alterations, and installations, with weekly updates to the CMPro repository. Track action items through completion, providing technical data inputs and recommendations to resolve issues for Government approval. Support meetings and reviews, including CANES Systems Engineering IPTs, Engineering Working Groups, Configuration Control Boards, design reviews, and cross-system synchronization sessions, by attending, contributing assessments of technical impacts, and updating meeting artifacts. Coordinate stakeholderinputsby collecting information from program offices, engineering teams, and other participants to ensure complete andaccuratediscussion materials for all technical forums.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field Five (5) years of experience developing, administering, and maintaining submarine networks Two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Project, including: adding and managing resources: maintaining tasks and schedules with multiple predecessor and successor ties; adding, maintaining, and updating status and tasks for a complex project across multiple stakeholders Two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Excel, including managing and formatting data and managing advanced charts and tables Experience with Flank Speedand Microsoft 365 Active Secret clearance required with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI access and work in classified environments including SIPRNet and NATO systems.
