Technical Operations Location:
Miami, FL The Technical Projects Analyst will support the Technical Operations team by managing and analyzing projects, tracking performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency. This role focuses on translating complex project and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations while working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Collect, track, and analyze project data and operational metrics from multiple internal and external sources Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and project trackers that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders Identify trends, patterns, and potential risks and translate findings into project and business recommendations Support project planning, resource allocation, forecasting, and change management initiatives Ensure timely updates, accuracy, and troubleshooting of project reporting tools and dashboards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define project KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, reporting efficiency, and data visualization Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field Master's degree a plus 3-5 years of experience in project management, data analytics, or technical operations Relevant internships or educational experience may be considered in lieu of full-time experience Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret project and operational data High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in project tracking and reporting Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to think critically and make data-driven recommendations to support operational decisions Experience managing multiple projects and working with large or ambiguous datasets Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong business, operational, and project management acumen Compensation & Benefits:
$30.00/hour , paid weekly on Fridays. Eligible for benefits including:
