This is not a basic sales role. We are looking for someone who understands construction, can read plans and layouts, learns technical products quickly, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work directly with architects, designers, developers, General Contractors, hospitality groups, wellness facilities, and homeowners to educate clients on our products while coordinating technical project details from concept through installation readiness. We are growing rapidly and need someone who can keep up, multitask constantly, communicate clearly, and genuinely enjoy balancing sales, technical coordination, and customer relationships. This position can be remote for the right candidate. Responsibilities Consult clients on sauna, steam room, and Frost Locker systems Educate customers on wellness benefits, product functionality, and technical features Review plans, room layouts, dimensions, and MEP requirements Work closely with architects, designers, developers, and General Contractors Manage multiple active projects simultaneously Review room prep requirements and installation readiness Handle inbound calls, emails, proposals, and customer follow-up Maintain accurate CRM records, project notes, and scheduling updates Utilize AI tools, CRM systems, and project management software daily Coordinate internally with production, operations, and installation teams Learn product lines, technical details, and installation requirements quickly Qualifications Construction, technical sales, project management, or building industry experience required Ability to read plans and understand construction layouts Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and construction concepts Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn products quickly Outgoing personality with strong communication and sales ability Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and technology platforms Passion for health, wellness, hospitality, or luxury construction is a major plus Team player with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Compensation Base salary plus commission structure with expected earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000+ Commission program begins after 30 days Significant growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding national company
