This role supports system stability, operational continuity, performance, maintenance, and issue resolution across Windows, Linux, cloud, hybrid, database, communications, and enterprise software environments. Key Responsibilities Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain system software and technical platforms. Troubleshoot system, application, communication, and software support issues. Support Windows, Linux, cloud, virtualized, and hybrid environments as required. Assist with patching, system hardening, configuration updates, and maintenance activities. Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health. Support root cause analysis and issue remediation. Document technical procedures, system changes, maintenance activities, and support actions. Coordinate with client IT staff, application teams, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity personnel. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, systems administration, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field preferred. 3-10+ years of systems administration, technical support, systems analysis, or infrastructure operations experience. Experience supporting enterprise platforms, operating systems, system software, and technical troubleshooting. Knowledge of secure configuration, patch management, change control, and operational support practices. Ability to comply with client security and data protection requirements. Preferred Certifications Microsoft, Linux+, Security+, Azure, AWS, VMware, ITIL, or equivalent.
