We are seeking a Technology Consultant Senior in Eagan, MN to help us build innovative technology experiences that will support Blue Cross's mission to inspire change, transform care, and improve health for the people we serve.
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, test, configure, debug, maintain new or existing Facets, Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) API's systems. Work collaboratively on a daily scrum team with a scrum master, product owner, analysts, developers, and testers to iteratively deliver functional software to production. Provide leadership for projects and products to ensure usability, usefulness, feasibility, and cost effectiveness. Work with analysts and customers to establish product or project requirements. Contribute innovative solutions while utilizing best practices, design standards, and governance. Perform system administration activities including data loading, data migration/conversion, data clean-up tasks, system integration monitoring, etc. Research technology trends and contribute to designs and platform decisions. Mentor, lead, train other team members. This job may include on-call duties.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering or related field followed by five (5) years of configuration and administration experience with multiple IT capabilities/technologies. 5 years of experience working with Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System (ITS) applications; HIPAA and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) medical transactions; and Postman, Oracle, SQL Server, AWS. 3 years of experience in application development platform including Python, Gitlab, Selenium, Junit, jQuery, SQL, Sumo logs, and JavaScript. 3 years of advanced business and technical experience with TriZetto Facets suite of applications and IBM Master data management (MDM). 3 years of experience working with off-shore vendor partners. 2 years of experience in Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) API's.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$102,400.00 - $138,300.00 - $174,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
