Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Support to support web and SharePoint applications. This role requires a balance of strong technical troubleshooting and excellent communication skills to interact directly with users, gather requirements, and document solutions.

Interview Process:
Webcam or In-Person Key Requirements & Skills Core Experience 6+ years of experience in IT technical support and project delivery. 4+ years college degree or equivalent technical study. Technical Skills Strong hands-on support for Web and SharePoint applications . Proficiency with debugging tools , design tools, and configuration management . Ability to perform code enhancements , development updates, and production problem-fixes.
Business & Soft Skills Requirements Elicitation:
Interacting directly with users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
System Documentation:
Creating clear, high-quality technical and functional documentation.
Independent Problem Solving:
Ability to research and isolate problems before escalating to architects.
Issue Tracking & Risk Management:
Tracking, identifying, and mitigating risks within your own workstream.
