Job Description

Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support a Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation project within Workday. This individual will play a key role in supporting system testing, end-user training, process validation, and overall implementation readiness during a critical transition period. This is a temporary remote contract opportunity anticipated to last approximately 1-3 months. The ideal candidate will be able to step into a fast-paced environment quickly and provide hands-on support throughout implementation and go-live activities. Temporary Estimated Duration:
1-3 Months Key Responsibilities Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for Workday HCM modules and workflows Execute and document test scripts, validate system functionality, and identify process gaps or issues Coordinate with HR, payroll, operations, and implementation stakeholders to support testing activities Assist in tracking defects, documenting resolutions, and ensuring timely follow-up on open items Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and process documentation Conduct virtual end-user training sessions and provide post-training support as needed Support change management and employee adoption initiatives during implementation and go-live phases Validate employee data and workflow accuracy within the system Assist with process mapping and workflow review to ensure operational alignment Provide general implementation support during system rollout and stabilization Requirements Qualifications + Prior experience supporting a Workday HCM implementation strongly preferred + Experience with HRIS, HCM, payroll, or enterprise system implementations + Hands-on experience with UAT testing, test script execution, and issue tracking + Experience developing and facilitating user training sessions + Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, payroll, benefits, or timekeeping workflows + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities + Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and related collaboration tools TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
