Job Description

Job Description:
This role is for a Workday professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting and configuring business processes, including condition rules, custom objects, and request frameworks. The position requires a solid understanding of HCM and Finance processes, along with foundational knowledge of Workday security and integrations, to support and enhance system functionality. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and apply systems knowledge to solve business challenges in a hybrid work environment.
Work Experience:
3-5 years experience configuring and maintaining business processes, including creating condition rules. Basic knowledge of Workday security and general knowledge of Workday integration concepts. Experience with Workday Request Framework, forms, and questionnaires. Experience creating Workday customs objects. Functional knowledge of HR and Finance core business processes as well as strong systems analysis and support background, having demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges is required. Functional knowledge of student information systems a plus. Intermediate knowledge of HCM and Finance concepts, practices and procedures with ability to apply in routine situations and the ability to innovate. Knowledge of Student concepts a plus. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in clear concise language. Basic Project/Process Management. Ability to handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional manner with an emphasis for service quality. Ability to assist other members of ITS Workday team.
Education :
BA/BS required; Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Related Field preferred or equivalent HRIS work experience.
