Functional Support High Level Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into system solutions Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
Approximately 3-5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration / support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working in cross-functional environments with
HR, Payroll, and IT Preferred Workday Experience:
Hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following Workday functional areas is preferred: Integrations (CCB preferred)

- As soon as a qualified candidate can be found and onboarded. Our goal would be have someone start late June / early July 2026. End Date
- Currently scheduled to end October 31, 2026 Expected hours to work per week
- 30•35 hours / week Work location•Minnesota Metro or Southwest Metro areas.

From $50.00 per hour
