Workday Test Analyst - Payroll & Time Tracking

Job Description The Workday Test Analyst - Payroll & Time Tracking supports the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation by coordinating, planning, and executing integration testing activities across Payroll and Time Tracking workstreams. This role ensures successful deployment of Workday HCM, including Payroll for the US, Canada, and Australia, with a strong focus on cross‑functional testing, data validation, defect management, and test governance. The analyst will work closely with functional leads, integration teams, external vendors, and the overall testing lead to ensure testing activities are aligned across Configuration Unit Testing, End‑to‑End (E2E) Testing, User Readiness Testing (URT), and Payroll Parallel Testing. This is a hybrid role in Irvine, CA requiring onsite attendance often when requested by team.
