Job Duties include but are not limited to: Lead and manage operational support for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment. Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. Oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization.
Core Competencies:
Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables. Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally) to ensure seamless management of deployment activities. Develop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carryout activities within the role's purview. Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress. Evaluate and analyze data operations for any trends/blocks and design improvements and efficiencies. Coordinate any external meetings or events for the team. Facilitate sprint planning and conducte sprint reviews; develop and implement complex scripts to perform audits, data transformations, validations and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree 3 years of relevant experience Past project management experience Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Previous Oracle EHR exposure
