Job Summary This job is responsible for supporting the Customer Reporting team within the Customer Accounting Technology organization. The role assesses system interactions, evaluates change impacts, conducts studies, and connects stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system effectiveness. Job Description Responsibilities:
Analyzing and refining system set-up to resolve complex issues in existing business information systems, ensuring documentation is current and accurate
Developing detailed system specifications to guide the programming of solutions tailored to business and user needs
Documenting requirements comprehensively and translating them into precise system requirement specifications for implementation
Evaluating the interactions between computer systems, forecasting the impacts of changes within the assigned business information systems
Conducting project feasibility studies, analyzing various factors such as cost, time, equipment, and personnel to inform decision-making processes
Acting as a liaison between clients, IT, and software vendors to develop system solutions for processing or business challenges.
Ensuring data integrity and quality across various applications within the business information systems spectrum
Supporting testing processes and collaborate with business users to confirm that developed systems meet established requirements
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Additional Job Description Design, build, and maintain automation solutions and data warehouse assets to enable scalable reporting and analysis, leveraging advanced SQL, Python, data visualization tools, and productivity software to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits and maintain control processes to support proactive risk identification and mitigation
Deliver a defined subset of interim data solutions to bridge gaps during broader transformation initiatives
Provide support for database platform migration and modernization efforts
Lead and implement non-standard product launches requiring customized operational approaches
Integration of new data tools, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance analytics and efficiency
Drive deeper unified integration of legacy processes, with a strong focus on large-scale rebuilds and net-new automation initiatives Disclaimer:
