Job Description

Responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the stability and performance of ServiceNow applications across assigned domains. 2. Analyze and troubleshoot application behavior to identify root causes of functional and technical issues. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system-related challenges and maintain service quality. 4. Support configuration, enhancement, and maintenance activities within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. 5. Apply scripting knowledge, including JavaScript, to investigate, customize, and improve platform functionality. 6. Ensure data integrity and operational consistency across applications within the supported domain. 7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver updates on system health. 8. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including analysis, solutions, and preventive recommendations. 9. Develop and maintain knowledge base content to improve support efficiency and enable knowledge sharing. 10. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and platform expertise to ensure reliable and efficient ServiceNow operations. 11.Able to meet deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment 12.Experience working cross functionally and can influence without authority
