In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided ⦁ Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions ⦁ Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability ⦁ Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories ⦁ Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards ⦁ Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications ⦁ Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability ⦁ Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects Your contribution to the team: ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. ⦁ The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation. ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications. ⦁ The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration. Required Skill and Experience ⦁ Experience in end-to-end software testing across ST, SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation ⦁ Knowledge of test planning, test strategy, estimation, and resource planning ⦁ Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models ⦁ Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright ⦁ Experience in AI-assisted testing tools (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI-based tools) ⦁ Ability to design, review, and execute test scenarios across functional and integration areas ⦁ Experience in defect management, triage, and lifecycle tracking ⦁ Knowledge of traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects ⦁ Experience in coordinating onsite/offshore QA teams and test execution cycles ⦁ Ability to communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders ⦁ Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices ⦁ Skills in test execution, exploratory testing, and early defect detection ⦁ Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Dev, BA, and Product Preferred Skill and Experience ⦁ Exposure to Retail domain, especially Digital and E-commerce platforms ⦁ Experience in AI-driven QA transformation initiatives (test optimization, intelligent automation) ⦁ Knowledge of advanced automation frameworks (BDD, modular frameworks, parallel execution) ⦁ Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured ⦁ Understanding of test data management and environment management practices ⦁ Exposure to cloud-based testing environments (Azure/AWS) ⦁ Experience with CI/CD pipeline optimization (test selection, execution strategies) ⦁ Knowledge of quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms ⦁ Exposure to performance and security testing concepts ⦁ Experience in modern QE practices such as shift-left, shift-right, and continuous testing ⦁ Ability to mentor teams and enable adoption of AI-led testing practices ⦁ Experience working in client-facing or onsite models Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
