IT Clinical Informatics Analyst

Position:

IT Clinical Informatics Analyst (HCHB SME) We're seeking an experienced IT Clinical Informatics Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Homecare Homebase (HCHB). This role supports and optimizes the platform across Home Health and Hospice, improving workflows, system performance, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Act as SME for HCHB across Home Health and Hospice workflows Troubleshoot system issues and support configuration improvements Analyze and optimize clinical workflows for efficiency and standardization Collaborate with vendor on system updates and enhancements Support reporting, data validation, and accuracy Participate in system projects and informatics initiatives Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong hands-on HCHB experience required Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice Knowledge of OASIS, PDGM, and Hospice workflows Ability to optimize EHR systems beyond implementation Strong analytical and communication skills National HealthCare Corporation is recognized nationwide as an innovator in the delivery of quality long-term care.
