Proficiency in SQL for data validation and Strong knowledge of network setups. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar management software. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities Manages the lab's day-to-day operations, including equipment maintenance Proven experience with MDT, OSD and Ghost imaging Strong knowledge of ActionScript 2.0/3.0 for interactive application development. Familiarity with IT system deployments, cloning, and disaster recovery processes. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and related configurations. Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
