Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Core delivery resource within the pod. Executes build tasks under direction of the architect and senior TC. Strong ServiceNow configuration and AI feature delivery. Experience of 4 - 8 years.TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Platform configuration and customization (JS, GlideScript)
- CMDB foundation setup, population and data modeling
- Flow Design for custom workflows or integrations
- Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design
- Business rule design and process analysis
- Test execution, defect triage and resolution
