Senior HRIS Consultant Lead (Workday - Timekeeping Focus)Location:

12+ Month Contract Position Overview We are seeking a Senior HRIS Consultant Lead with deep expertise in Timekeeping and strong functional experience across Core HR, Compensation, and Performance Management . This role provides end-to-end functional leadership for enterprise HR systems , primarily Workday . You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Compensation, IT, and global AMS teams to design, optimize, and support scalable, compliant HR solutions. Key Responsibilities Timekeeping (Primary Focus) Act as the functional lead and SME for Timekeeping solutions Own solution design, configuration oversight, and optimization Translate HR and Payroll policies into system rules and controls Evaluate downstream impacts across Payroll, integrations, reporting, and compliance Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause resolution Lead testing cycles and ensure production readiness Core HR, Compensation & Performance Provide leadership across Core HR processes (worker lifecycle, eligibility rules, workflows) Support Compensation processes including base pay, eligibility, and compensation cycles Oversee Performance Management (goals, reviews, eligibility frameworks) Ensure data integrity and alignment across HR modules Delivery & Resource Partnership Collaborate with Offshore AMS teams for support, enhancements, and issue resolution Partner with Nearshore Timekeeping Data teams to: Manage escalations Ensure audit completion and compliance Provide prioritization and decision-making guidance Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, Compensation, IT, and leadership teams Lead cross-module impact analysis for system changes Establish best practices, documentation, and governance standards Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience 8+ years ofHRIS / HRIT
experience Deep expertise in Timekeeping with exposure to Core HR, Compensation, or Performance Strong experience translating HR policies into system configurations Knowledge of audits, compliance, eligibility rules, and governance Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud HCM platforms like Workday Background in regulated or multi-entity environments Understanding of Payroll integrations and downstream impacts Willingness to expand platform-specific expertise eyeSimilar remote jobs
