Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Configure learning and benefits modules within Workday Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields Collaborate on system upgrades and enhancements Ensure data integrity and support integrations Work closely with HR leaders and technical teams Provide guidance as a Workday subject matter expert Improve workflows and solve complex problems Document and configure business processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of HR Systems experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills Nice to
