Top Priorities Deep expertise in Workday Learning (LMS)
  • must be able to lead configuration end-to-end Strong Workday Talent experience
  • Performance, Succession, Career Development Configuration + Security knowledge Strong stakeholder communication
  • can lead sessions, not just take tickets What You'll Do Workday Learning (Primary Focus) Lead design + configuration of Workday LMS Build learning programs, campaigns, and blended learning paths Manage LMS integrations (SCORM/xAPI, third-party tools) Ensure data integrity, reporting, and user access Partner with HR + business teams to align training with business needs Workday Talent (Secondary) Configure Performance Reviews, Succession, Career Development, IDPs Support merit cycles, calibrations, PIPs Connect Talent + Learning + Recruiting for end-to-end talent strategy Optimize Talent Profiles, Career Hubs, Succession Pools Cross-Functional Lead requirements gathering + design sessions Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live optimization Work across HRIS, IT, Finance, Payroll Train stakeholders and translate technical ?
functional What We're Looking For Experience 5+ years hands-on Workday (implementation + enhancements) Strong Workday Learning (LMS) configuration experience Solid Workday Talent experience Experience as a functional lead / solution architect preferred
Technical LMS:

Requirements:
