Workday HCM Analyst Are you a strategic technology professional with a passion for driving enterprise-scale platform optimization and governance? Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to serve as the strategic leader responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our Workday platform. This is a key role for a proven leader who can ensure that our Workday applications effectively support organizational business objectives, deliver measurable value, and maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
As Vibe Restaurants Workday HCM Analyst, you'll be the central point of accountability for program roadmap execution, cross-functional delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Program Strategy & Roadmap :
You will develop, maintain, and communicate a multi-year Workday program roadmap that aligns platform enhancements with business strategy and enterprise priorities. You will serve as the primary owner for all modules and manage the annual program budget.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management :
You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations), IT teams, executive leadership, and external partners. This includes managing vendor relationships, contracts, and providing regular executive-level reporting.
Program Delivery & Execution :
You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Workday initiatives, including configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and change management. You'll coordinate functional teams and lead release management activities for system updates.
Advanced Analytics & Workday Prism :
You will build and maintain Workday Prism data pipelines, data sources, and transformation logic to support advanced analytics and reporting needs. You will integrate Workday and non-Workday data sources into Prism to enable enterprise-level insights while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly data solutions and ensuring rigorous data quality, integrity, and consistency across datasets.
Governance, Risk & Compliance :
You will establish and enforce program governance processes, configuration standards, and change controls. You'll partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data privacy policies.
Operational Excellence & Team Leadership :
You will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Workday team members. You'll monitor key program metrics like adoption and stability while maintaining SOPs and promoting operational best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience :
A bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is required (or equivalent experience). You should have 3-5 years of progressive experience in Workday or large-scale ERP program management, implementation, or optimization. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs are essential.
Skills :
You must have deep knowledge of Workday architecture, modules, release management, and SaaS best practices. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the capacity to influence without direct authority are required. Experience working in governed/regulated environments and proficiency with tools like Agile/Scrum, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred.
Personal Attributes :
We're looking for an excellent communicator who can manage and mentor technical teams effectively. You should be able to drive collaboration, maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Work Environment:
This is primarily an office-based role (Monday-Thursday) , with occasional travel required for meetings or training. The role operates within a collaborative environment supporting critical enterprise systems. The position requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment, with occasional evening or weekend availability needed for system releases or urgent matters.
