What You Will Work On You'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Workday-powered HR technology platform. From designing and configuring business processes to implementing technical requirements, you'll ensure our HR systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact how we deliver HR services across the organization, making processes more intuitive and reliable. In this role, you'll collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to guarantee accuracy and performance. You'll develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, while also supporting integrations and data integrity. Who You Will Work With You'll partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Acting as a subject matter expert for Workday, you'll provide support and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Collaboration is key—you'll work alongside peers who share your passion for technology and process improvement, all while contributing to a culture that values innovation and teamwork. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of HR Systems (HCM/HRIS/HRIT) experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience (preferred) Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) strongly preferred Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to document and configure business processes and specifications Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables) preferred Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed Work Style and Physical Requirements Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends as needed Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Regular in-office attendance is required Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards Key Skills Workday Configuration, HR Technology, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Reporting & Analytics, Communication, Problem Solving Equal Employment Opportunity Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with regard to employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by law.
