What You Will Work On You'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Workday-powered HR technology platform. From designing and configuring business processes to implementing technical requirements, you'll ensure our HR systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact how we deliver HR services across the organization, making processes more intuitive and reliable. In this role, you'll collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to guarantee accuracy and performance. You'll develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, while also supporting integrations and data integrity. Who You Will Work With You'll partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Acting as a subject matter expert for Workday, you'll provide support and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Collaboration is key—you'll work alongside peers who share your passion for technology and process improvement, all while contributing to a culture that values innovation and teamwork. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
