Role Overview - Starnik Solutions Analyst The Starnik Solutions Analyst is our software expert! As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in quality testing new development, supporting new customer implementations, and ensuring customer success . You will learn the Starnik software, understand its capabilities, and guide customers in realizing its full potential. In this role, you will: Perform quality testing on system enhancements and new features Participate in new customer implementations, including configuration support, data review, and customer training Identify issues or bugs and collaborate on solutions Provide high-quality customer support by answering inquiries, conducting online meetings, and helping customers understand the system Voice your feedback and contribute your perspective throughout development and implementation cycles Your opinion matters, and your expertise will directly support both product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Job Duties Always act with customer satisfaction at the forefront Learn the software thoroughly and stay current with changes Maintain a deep understanding of the Starnik solution Stay engaged in quality testing and express your opinions Meet or beat assigned testing requirements, documentation, and deadlines Support new customer implementations through setup, validation, and training Hold yourself accountable Answer the phone and conduct live online meetings to support customers Escalate unresolved questions or concerns appropriately Skills and Abilities Highly motivated Positive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking with creative and innovative problem-solving skills Excellent time management Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly and easily So, what are you waiting for?
