Up to $85,000 Position Summary The Legal Technology Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's software systems, licenses, subscriptions, and user access. This role oversees software renewals, vendor relationships, system updates, and technology improvements to ensure systems remain secure, efficient, and cost-effective. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Track and manage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and user access. Maintain technology systems, applications, and related infrastructure. Monitor system performance and coordinate updates, patches, and upgrades. Work with software vendors, consultants, and service providers. Manage vendor contracts, billing, and technology-related expenses. Research and evaluate new software and technology solutions. Recommend system improvements and replacement of outdated platforms. Support software implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects. Coordinate project timelines, training, and deployment activities. Maintain documentation for systems, licenses, and projects. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience managing software systems, licenses, or technology platforms. Experience with software renewals, vendor management, and system upgrades. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and business software tools. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
