As a Restaurant Technology Product Analyst , you'll help shape the tools and systems that keep our restaurants running smoothly every day. Your work turns real operational challenges into practical technology solutions that boost efficiency, reliability, and the overall experience for both team members and guests. By listening closely to operators and partners, you'll ensure the tools we build are intuitive, useful, and grounded in real‑world needs. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction. And through testing, pilots, rollouts, and ongoing improvements, you'll help drive the evolution of our technology across a growing multi‑unit environment. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities In this role, you will: Support restaurant technology products through their entire lifecycle, from early planning to full rollout Gather, refine, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Work with cross‑functional teams to understand operational needs and pain points Analyze feedback, pilot outcomes, adoption trends, and performance data Assist with testing, pilot execution, rollout readiness, and post‑launch evaluations Help manage product backlogs, priorities, and release documentation Identify workflow issues, product gaps, and opportunities for improvement A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 2+ years in product, analysis, technology, or operations roles Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities The ability to translate business needs into clear documentation Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences A track record of effective cross‑functional collaboration Comfort working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
