Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead service delivery across public and private cloud environments, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure. This role operates within the SME team, driving cloud standards, optimization, escalations, and continuous improvements to ensure high availability, security, and performance of customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize Azure infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, identity, and security). Serve as a senior escalation point for high-severity incidents and lead root cause analysis. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance cloud performance, alerting, and reporting systems. Deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices. Support onboarding/offboarding, customer environments, and post-sales technical activities. Collaborate with internal teams and clients, providing clear communication and technical guidance. Stay updated on Azure technologies, certifications, and industry best practices. Requirements:

10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure.

Required certifications:

AZ-104 and AZ-305. Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, and automation (PowerShell/Python). Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
